Workout logging

Log every set in seconds.

Weight, reps and how hard it felt (RIR), one row per set. Every row shows what you lifted last time, so you always know what to beat. Built for one hand, between sets, in a gym with no signal.

Regions, not groups

Chest isn’t one muscle.

IronByte maps your training beyond a single muscle-group label. See how your planned sets are distributed across regions, then choose the exercises that fit the priorities you set.

One muscle group. Different exercise choices. See where your planned sets go before adding more.

Where do yours land?

Build a plan with up to six workouts, choose from 179 exercises, and edit your sets and reps. See estimated volume for each muscle, including direct and indirect work. Free, no sign-up.

01 · Weak points

Tap what’s behind. Your program is built around it.

Pick up to three regions on the body map, as broad as a whole muscle or as precise as a single head. IronByte gives them priority across the whole block, and week one’s breakdown shows them first. Rather say it in your own words? The program designer reads what you write and shows you what it understood before it writes a single set.

A handful of quick questions, nearly all taps, with no loading screens between them.

02 · No black box

Your program, with nothing hidden.

Your program says 16 sets of chest this week. Open the chest card and IronByte shows you where they went: how many landed on the upper chest, how many on the mid and lower, as a share of the week. Swap an exercise and the split updates, so you see what the swap did before you train it.

The parts always add up to the number on the card.

03 · Real blocks

A four-to-eight week block. Not a random workout each morning.

IronByte writes the whole block: every week, every day, with volume that builds week to week and a lighter recovery week at the end. Every program is checked against volume and progression rules before it reaches you. If it can’t build a sound one for your equipment and schedule, it tells you instead of handing you something broken.

Help and contact

Is this just ChatGPT writing me a workout?

No. Programs are built by a dedicated service that applies fixed volume and progression rules, picks exercises from a curated catalog, and checks the finished program before it reaches you. If it can’t produce a sound program, it refuses rather than improvising.

I already use a workout app. Why switch?

IronByte combines workout logging with four-to-eight-week programs and a visible breakdown of training across muscle regions. You can inspect the plan and see how an exercise swap changes the distribution before you train.

What does the muscle-region breakdown show?

It shows how IronByte maps your planned sets across muscle regions. It is a programming guide, not a measurement of muscle activation or a promise of how much a muscle will grow.

Can I change the exercises?

Any of them. Swap an exercise and the breakdown updates, so you see what the swap did to your week.

Do I need internet at the gym?

No. Everything logs on your phone and syncs when you’re back on signal. Building a new program needs a connection; training doesn’t.

What if I don’t know what’s lagging?

Tap “Skip. Nothing is lagging.” You’ll get a balanced program, and you can change it once you know.

Stop adding sets.
Start putting them where they matter.
